Kung Fu – Children 5 – 12 years
Our 5 – 12 year olds will learn basic Kung Fu foundations, including stretches, stances, a range of Kung Fu kicks and punches, jumps, combination movements and forms through fun play, movement, simulations, and stories. Developing focus, attention, and coordination are the primary goals of these classes, while also being a space to get young ones moving about.
Children will also work with basic equipment such as soft crash mats, springboards, foam shapes, light kettlebells, dumbbells and toys to help them learn how their bodies move, whilst also having a lot of fun. Read more.
