Sanda Kickboxing – Children 5 – 12 years
Our 5 – 12 year olds will learn basic Kickboxing foundations, including stretches, stances, kicks, attack and defence drills, and combination movements through a mix of fun activities and structured drills. Developing focus, attention, and coordination are the primary goals of these classes, while also being a space to get young ones moving about.
Children will also work with basic equipment such as soft crash mats, punch pads, kick pads and toys to help them learn how their bodies move, whilst also having a lot of fun. Read more.
