Shaolin Stretch

Our standard memberships are perfect for those new to martial arts or looking to enhance their skills. Dive into the fundamentals of Kung Fu, Sanda Kickboxing, and Tai Chi. Whether working in pairs or small groups, these classes accommodate all experience levels.

Our standard membership gives you access to two beginner classes per week, which can include Kung Fu, Sanda Kickboxing, or Tai Chi. For the timetable, please click here.

Beginner Classes Timetable

Wednesday

Tai Chi: 18:30 – 20:00 (Beginner friendly)

Kung Fu: 20:00 – 21:30 (Beginner friendly)

Saturday

Sanda Kickboxing: 10:30 – 11:30 (Beginner friendly)

Tai Chi: 11:30 – 12:30 (Beginner friendly)

Stretch & Shaolin Yoga: 12:30 -13:30 (Beginner friendly)
